Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Mr Koh Hong Muan @ Koh Gak Siong and Mr Koh Chie Jooi ("the Affected Persons") intend to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.

In accordance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Affected Persons will inform the Company Secretary of the Company on the details of their dealing within one (1) full market day after the dealing has occurred.

The securities held by the Directors as at the date hereof are as follows:-

(1) The percentage of direct and indirect interests is based on the issued share capital of 205,576,593 (excluding treasury shares 10,000) after the final conversion of warrants exercise done by the warrant holders of the Company.

(2) The indirect interest of 21,813,777 ordinary shares are deemed interested in the shares by virtue of Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016, held through Aimas Enterprise Sdn Bhd which holds 10.611% shareholdings in the Company.

(3) The indirect interest of 26,159,466 ordinary shares are deemed interested in the shares by virtue of Section 59 of the Companies Act 2016, held through his parent, namely Koh Hong Muan @ Koh Gak Siong holds 12.725% shareholdings in the Company.
