We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Private Placement has been completed following the listing and quotation of the second tranche of 32,428,664 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. today.
The Company wishes to inform that 56,228,664 Vizione Shares under the Private Placement have been fully issued and the Company has raised a total of RM46,648,931.20 from the Private Placement.
