The Board of Directors of Salutica is pleased to announce that the Company has declared a third interim single tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.6 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2020. The third interim single tier tax-exempt dividend will be paid on 27 March 2020 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 10 March 2020.
