Further to our announcements made on 31 October 2019 and 26 November 2019, the Board of Directors of SIGGAS wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of discussing its proposal to acquire a new core business and / or assets ("Proposal"). Any further development on the Proposal will be announced accordingly.
The Company has approximately eight (8) months to submit its Proposal to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for approval.
