Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) and Practice Note No. 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, ENRA Group Berhad (“ENRA”) wishes to announce the balance amount of financial assistance provided as at 31 December 2019 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of its subsidiary, ENRA SPM Sdn Bhd, as set out in the table below:

The financial assistance provided during the quarter ended 31 December 2019 does not have any material financial impact on the earnings, net assets and liquidity of ENRA Group.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of ENRA or any person connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the above transactions.
