The Board of Directors is pleased to propose a final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2019 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of entitlement and payment of the dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
