The Board of Directors of Toyo Ink Group Berhad ("TIGB") had approved the change in the financial year end from 31 March to 30 June. The next set of audited financial statements shall make up for a period of 15 months from 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2020.
The reason for the change of financial year end is to allow the new auditors to be appointed to have sufficient time to perform and complete the audit on TIGB group of companies. |
