Further to the Company's announcement dated March 5, 2019 on the commencement of voluntary winding up of DKSH Marketing Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, DKSH wishes to announce that the Final Meeting for the member's voluntary winding up of DKSH Marketing Services Sdn Bhd was duly convened on March 2, 2020.
A Return by liquidator in relation to Final Meeting of DKSH Marketing Services Sdn Bhd was lodged on March 2, 2020 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver.
Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, DKSH Marketing Services Sdn Bhd will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the said lodgement date.
