Further to our announcements on 3 March 2020, 21 February 2020, 4 February 2020, 23 January 2020, 2 January 2020, 2 December 2019, 1 November 2019,  1 October 2019, 3 September 2019, 8 August 2019,  2 August 2019, 25 July 2019, 12 July 2019, 2 July 2019, 3 June 2019, 2 May 2019, 2 April 2019 and 28 March 2019  in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 2.1(a) of Practice Note 17 (“PN17”) under the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”),  the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that the Company is granted a further extension of time up to 24 July 2020 to submit a regularization plan pursuant to paragraph 8.04(3) together with paragraph 5.0 of Practice Note 17 of the MMLR as per Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Letter dated 4 March 2020.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in its Letter dated 4 March  2020 mentioned that the further extension of time is granted without prejudice to Bursa Securities’ right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of the Company and to de-list the Company in the event:

1.   the Company fails to submit a regularization plan to the regulatory authorities on or before 24 July 2020;

2.   the Company fails to obtain the approval from any of the regulatory authorities necessary for the implementation of its regularization plan; or

3.   the Company fails to implement its regularization plan within the time frame or extended time frame stipulated by any of the regulatory authorities.

Further, upon occurrence of any of the events set out in (i) to (iii) above, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the listed securities of Comcorp on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and de-list the Company subject to the Company’s right to appeal against the delisting.
