VERSATL - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

Renounceable rights issue of up to 141,979,681 new ordinary shares in Versatile Creative Berhad ("VCB") ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of RM0.23 per Rights Share, on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every one (1) existing ordinary share in VCB held by the entitled shareholders as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 March 2020 ("Rights Issue of Shares")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex-Rights Issue" as from: 18 Mar 2020
2)    The last date of lodgment : 19 Mar 2020
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct <1/2>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/2>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks: The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form in relation to the Rights Issue of Shares (collectively referred to as the "Documents") are only to be despatched to the shareholders whose names appear in VCB's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 March 2020 ("Entitled Shareholders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 19 March 2020.

The Documents are not intended to (and will not be made to) comply with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia, are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue of Shares complies with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.

Entitled Shareholders who are without an address for the service of documents in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers and the share registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 19 March 2020.
