(a)     1,061,027,506 ICPS A issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants; and

(b)     265,256,876 Warrants B issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants

will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the ICPS A and Warrant B on the ACE Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 12 March 2020.
