Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 20 June 2019 relating to the following litigation:
KUALA LUMPUR HIGH COURT CIVIL SUIT NWP HOLDINGS BERHAD & NWP BUILDER SDN BHD (“the “Plaintiffs”) -vs- DATO’ ZHANG LI (the “Defendant”)
The Plaintiffs, had via its solicitors, Messrs. Weng Seng & Co. filed an amended Statement of Claim on 6 March 2020 to include Dato’ Sri Teh Chee Tong and Dato’ Sri Kee Soon Ling as Second and Third Defendant for the said civil suit.
Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there is a material development on the above matter.
