We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAXIS by way of market making. The MAXIS-C17 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MAXIS-C17 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The MAXIS-C17 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019. The salient terms of the MAXIS-C17 are set out in the attachment.
