Note: Tan Yee Boon (the son of Datuk Tan Kok and Datin Lim Hooi Tin) has an indirect interest of 2,657,000 (2.042%) shares of LTKM Berhad, registered in the name of YBJ Capital Sdn. Bhd. which is controlled by Tan Yee Boon by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act, 2016 and 312,000 (0.24%) shares registered in the name of Tan Chee Huey, his spouse.
