This announcement is dated 17 March 2020.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 28 February 2020 and 4 March 2020 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Previous Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Amlnvestment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has approved the listing of and quotation of up to 116,000,000 units of Al-Salām to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:-

(i) Al-Salām and Amlnvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) Al-Salām and Amlnvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii) Al-Salām and Amlnvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

(iv) If relevant, Al-Salām to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the unitholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting for the authority to issue new units pursuant to Paragraph 6.59 of the Listing Requirements before the listing and quotation of the units.
