JHB had on 10 March 2020 issued the Notice of EGM to be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2020 at 2.30 p.m. at George Kent Technology Centre, 1115, Jalan Puchong, Taman Meranti Jaya, 47120 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“EGM Venue”).
In view of the nationwide movement control order imposed by the Malaysian Government due to the outbreak of Covid-19 which takes effect from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020, the Board has decided to postpone the EGM from Wednesday, 25 March 2020 to Wednesday, 15 April 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at the same EGM Venue.
The Notice of the Postponed EGM is attached herewith.
