We refer to the announcement dated 5 February 2020 and the circular dated 5 March 2020 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture (“Circular”). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular, where applicable.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Careplus and Ansell, being the parties to the SPA, have mutually agreed to extend the period to fulfil the Conditions Precedent in the SPA from 31 March 2020 to 17 April 2020, subject to any orders and/or restrictions that may be further imposed by the Malaysian Government.
