Reference is made to the 14-day Movement Control Order (“Order”) imposed by the Government of Malaysia under the provisions of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967, which is effective from 18th to 31st March 2020 (“Period”) to curb the spread of the Covid-19 infection in the country.

In line with the Order that essential goods continue to supply, Teo Seng Capital Berhad (“Teo Seng”) and its subsidiaries (“Group”), are in the food supply sector, will continue to operate during this Period.

Teo Seng takes the threat of the Covid-19 infection very seriously and has enacted various directives to counteract its spread and impacts. While maintaining operations during this Period, the safety of our staffs remain the paramount importance to the Group.
