Remarks: Holders of Warrant [PTRANS -WA (Stock Code: 0186WA)] are advised to lodge with the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd of Unit 32-01, Level 32, Tower A, Vertical Business Suite, Avenue 3, Bangsar South, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan their subscription forms and subscription monies for subscription of new PTRANS shares by 5.00 pm on 21 April 2020.  This is to enable the new PTRANS shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective holders in order to qualify for the dividend entitlement.
