Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 December 2019 in relation to the MOU between the Company and Luminor Capital Sdn Bhd (“Luminor”) (“Announcement”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
PUC wishes to inform that both Parties are in the midst of finalising the definitive agreement. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. All provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
