Reference is made to the 14-day Movement Control Order ("Order") imposed by the Government of Malaysia under the provision of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967, which is effective from 18 - 31 March 2020 ("Period") to curb the spread of the coronavirus ("Covid-19") infection in the country.

In line with the Order, the Company’s Malaysian operations are temporarily closed during this Period and necessary arrangements to work-from-home for our employees are in place.

Aligned with the global Carlsberg Group’s measures, we have a comprehensive business continuity plan in Malaysia that maps the potential impact across our operations along with the appropriate response required to ensure minimal disruptions to our business.
