We refer to our announcement dated 20 February 2019 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar as auditor of the Company.

The Board of Directors of KAG wishes to announce that the Audit Committee and the Board have selected Messrs. RSL PLT (“RSL”) for appointment as new auditor of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, after taking into account, inter alia, the proposed audit fee and engagement proposal from RSL, as well as their profile, adequacy of resources and experience of their audit engagement team.

The Company has on 20 March 2020 received the written consent to act as auditor of the Company from RSL pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
