Further to our previous announcement dated 24th October 2019, 18th December 2019, 9th January 2020 and 14th February 2020, the Board of Directors of Kwantas wishes to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company i.e. Dongma Palm Industries (Zhangjiagang) Co. Ltd. had on even date fully settled the judgement sum of RMB24,436,767.54 (equivalent to approximately RM14,833,117.90) as well as the Court's costs of RMB293,901.02 (equivalent to approximately RM178,397.92) to Shanghai Hengtong Energy Development Co. Ltd. This announcement is dated 25th March 2020. |
