We refer to the announcement dated 21 January 2020. MRCB Quill Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of MQREIT wishes to announce that the Issuer has today, made its first issuance of RM341 million in nominal value of MTN under the CP/MTN Programme. Proceeds raised from the issuance of MTN under the CP/MTN Programme will be utilised by the Issuer, amongst others to advance to MQREIT to refinance its borrowings. Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is the Principal Adviser, Lead Arranger and Lead Manager for the CP/MTN Programme. This announcement is dated 30 March 2020. |
