Further to the Company’s announcement made on 24 October 2019 in relation to the Shares Purchase and Sale Agreement (“SPSA”) entered between KAB and Mr Chanchai Kitprotpisuth (“Seller”) (collectively referred to as “the Parties”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the said announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of KAB wishes to inform that KAB had on 26 February 2020 entered into a Supplemental Agreement (“Supplemental Agreement”) to the SPSA with the Seller to vary the terms and conditions of the SPSA.
