Reference is made to the following:-

(1) The announcement issued by the Company on 20 March 2020 in relation to the Notice of the 59th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be held at Connexion Centre Conference & Nevent Centre, Nexus 2 & 3, Level 3A, Nexus, Bangsar South City, No. 7, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 21 April 2020 at 9.30 a.m. 

(2) The Honourable Prime Minister have announced on 16 March 2020 and 25 March 2020 respectively in relation to the imposition of Movement Control Order from 18 March 2020 to 14 April 2020 nationwide in order to curb the spread of the COVID-19 infection in Malaysia.

In view of the above, the Company wishes to inform its shareholders that the 59th AGM shall be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course.
