We refer to the First Announcement made by the Company on 25 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under PN17, and the subsequent monthly announcement made on 2 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 3 February 2020 and 2 March 2020.

The Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company is in the midst of formulating a plan to regularise its financial conditions ("Regularisation Plan"). The Company has until 24 October 2021 to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval. The Company still has approximately nineteen (19) months until 24 October 2021.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with regards to the development of the Regularisation Plan in due course.
