We refer to our Announcement dated 9 January 2020 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's approval for an extension of time until 20 June 2020 for BMedia to submit a regularisation plan ("Plan") to the relevant authorities for approvals ("EOT Approval").

The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to inform that in light of the Covid-19 outbreak and the Restriction of Movement Control Order as announced by the Government ("MCO"), the Management of BMedia has requested the respective advisers and professional firms involved in the Plan to stop work. The Management will assess the economic situation after the MCO is uplifted and will re-evaluate the Plan.  

Based on the EOT Approval, BMedia has about two and a half (2 1/2) months to submit the Plan to the relevant authorities for approvals. Any further development on the Plan will be announced accordingly.
