Further to our announcement dated 27 November 2019 (Ref:GA1-27112019-00030), the Company wishes to announce that during the case management by e-review this afternoon, the Federal Court allowed the hearing  for all Leave Applications on 16 April 2020 to be adjourned. The Federal Court fixed the next case management for the motions on 27 August 2020 and the new hearing date on 24 September 2020.
