We refer the Company’s announcement dated 1 April 2020. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
In view of the recent notification dated 26 March 2020 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to additional relief measures granted to listed issuers due to outbreak of COVID-19 and implementation of Movement Control Order by the Government of Malaysia (“Circular”), the Company has now approximately fifteen (15) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval instead of three (3) months as stated in the Company’s announcement dated 1 April 2020. As such, the Company has to submit its regularisation plan by 7 June 2021.
