Reference is made to the previous announcement made on 6 February 2020.
In regards to the stay application filed by Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL, at the Shah Alam High Court (“the Court”), the Board of Directors wishes to announce that CMSB had on 14 April 2020 received the latest update from its solicitors.
The Court had vacated the hearing on 29 April 2020 and fixed a case management on the same date instead. During the case management, the Court will fix a new date for the filing of submission and for the hearing. The ad interim stay granted on 6 February 2020 will be maintained until the disposal of the stay application.
The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
