We would encourage our shareholders to "Go Green" and refer to the digital version of the Company’s Annual Report 2019. Any requests for a printed copy of the Company’s Annual Report 2019 will be subject to the Movement Control Order ("MCO") restrictions at the relevant point in time.
 
Following the Malaysian Government’s announcement of the MCO effective 18 March 2020 and extension to 28 April 2020, we are monitoring closely to determine the appropriate time to schedule our Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM"). The date of the 17th AGM together with the detailed resolutions will be announced in due course.
