We refer to the previous announcement made in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Sinotrans ("Announcement"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Sunsuria wishes to announce that the MoU will lapse upon its expiry on 26 April 2020.

The lapse of this MoU does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, shareholdings of its substantial shareholders, net assets and gearing and earnings and earnings per share of Sunsuria Group.
