We refer to our earlier announcement made on 27 February 2020 in relation to the Proposed Shareholders Ratification and Proposed Shareholders Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

The World Health Organisation had, on 11 March 2020, declared that the COVID-19 outbreak was a global pandemic. The Malaysian Government subsequently imposed a Movement Control Order (“MCO”) to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, which was effective on 18 March 2020 and extended up to 12 May 2020.

Due to the MCO, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had announced and granted an extension of time of up to 30 June 2020 for listed corporations to issue their annual reports, which were previously required to be issued by 30 April 2020.

In view of the extended MCO, KHJ wishes to inform that the issuance of the Annual Report 2019 will be delayed. Accordingly, the RRPT Circular, which is due to be issued by 27 April 2020 pursuant to Rule 9.32 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements, will also be delayed as it is scheduled to be issued together with the Annual Report 2019.

KHJ wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will issue its Annual Report 2019 and the RRPT Circular (which will be despatched together with the Annual Report 2019) by 30 June 2020.
