- NOTICE OF INTENTION BY DIRECTORS TO DEAL IN THE COMPANY'S SHARES DURING CLOSED PERIOD

We wish to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company has on 28 April 2020 received notifications all dated 28 April 2020 from Dato' Mah Siew Kwok ("Dato' Mah"), Ms Mah Xian-Zhen ("Ms Mah"), Mr Monteiro Gerard Clair ("Gerard") and Dato' Sri Thong Kok Khee ("Dato' Sri Thong") of their intention to deal in the Company's ordinary shares during the closed period pending an announcement of the Company's 4th quarterly results for the year ended 31 March 2020. Their current number of ordinary shares are as per table below:
