The Board of Directors of MPHB Capital Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company on the proposed renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase of its own shares of up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of issued shares of the Company (“Proposed Renewal”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

A statement in relation to the Proposed Renewal will be issued together with the Company’s Annual Report 2019 in due course.
