We refer to the Company's announcement dated 29 April 2015 in relation to the issuance of RM200 million nominal value of the CB on the same date ("Issue Date").

Pursuant to a put option notice dated 24 January 2020 from the holder of the CB (“Bondholder”), the Company is required to fully redeem all outstanding of the CB on the 5th anniversary of the Issue Date, being 29 April 2020 (“Put Option Date”). The Company has made partial redemption of RM147 million in aggregate up to even date. The outstanding nominal amount after the partial redemption is RM53 million.

The Bondholder has approved the resolution granting the Company an extension of time for a period of up to three (3) months from the Put Option Date, until 29 July 2020, for the redemption of the balance outstanding CB amounting to RM53 million in nominal value. The interest on the nominal value of the CB outstanding shall be re-fixed to 7.44% per annum commencing from 29 April 2020.
