Reference is made to the Movement Control Order ("MCO") implemented by the Government of Malaysia effective from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 under the provision of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967 to curb the spread of the coronavirus ("Covid-19") infection in the country.

Following the extended MCO, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letters dated 26 March 2020 and 16 April 2020, granted listed issuers a further extension of time until 30 June 2020 (“EOT Period”) for the issuance of annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and auditors’ and directors’ reports (“AR”) which are due by 30 April 2020.

The Board of Directors of Cabnet Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the preparation and finalisation of the AR 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 of the Company which are due for issuance by 30 April 2020 are affected by the extended MCO and therefore, the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities, and will ensure that the same are issued within the EOT Period.
