Reference is made to the previous announcement made on 14 April 2020.

In regard to the stay application filed by Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Berhad, at the Shah Alam High Court (“the Court”), the Board of Directors wishes to announce that CMSB had received the latest update from its solicitors.

The Court had instructed the following via emails dated 29 April 2020 and 30 April 2020:

1) Parties to file the written submission and written submission in reply, if any, by or on 3 June 2020 and 11 June 2020 respectively;

2) Parties to attend a case management on 11 June 2020 to serve the cause papers; and

3) Parties to attend a hearing on 16 June 2020.

The ad interim stay granted on 6 February 2020 will be maintained until the disposal of the stay application.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
