Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 2 October 2018, 18 October 2018, 22 October 2018, 31 October 2018, 8 November 2018, 9 November 2018, 13 November 2018, 16 November 2018, 24 January 2019, 25 January 2019, 21 February 2019, 6 March 2020 and the Quarterly Report  released on 26 February 2020 in relation to the Arbitration between TWY Development Sdn. Bhd. ("TWY"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Symphony Life Berhad ("SymLife" or "the Company") and Top International Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("TIE").

The proposed arbitration between TWY and TIE has been scheduled for hearing in the months of May, June and July of 2020. The hearing dates in May, June and July 2020 were subsequently vacated due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and imposition of the Movement Control Order by the Government.

The Board of Directors of SymLife wishes to announce that the Arbitrator has vacated the hearing dates in May, June and July of 2020 and scheduled replacement hearing dates in the months of November 2020 and January 2021. The Company will announce any further developments on the arbitration proceedings as and when they arise.
