We refer to the announcements dated 16 December 2019, 13 February 2020, 27 March 2020 and 22 April 2020 pertaining to the above subject matter.
The Board of Directors of the Company ("Seal") wishes to announce that in view of the Conditional Movement Control Order 3 Phased Plan implemented by Penang State Government, the Court has agreed to further extend the time for Seal to file its Reply and Defence to Counterclaim Wabina Constructions & Engineering Sdn Bhd to 20th May 2020. The matter is also fixed for further case management on 20 May 2020 by way of e-review.
The Company will announce any further material development on the case as and when they arise.
