INIX TECHNOLOGIES HOLDINGS BERHAD (“Inix” or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 06 May 2020, received the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") wherein Bursa Securities has decided to grant the Company's an extension of 5 market days from 12 May 2020 to issue the QR.
The Company wishes to further inform on the following reason for failure to announce the(QR) within the relevant timeframe and steps to be taken to issue the outstanding QR:-
Reason The failure to prepare the QR was due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the government and subsequent extension. Our auditors ( Jamal Amin & Partner) were unable to review working files of subsidiary (Ansi Systems Sdn Bhd (ASSB) audited by Hasnan & Co. ASSB is a major subsidiary contributing more than 90% of group revenue. Our auditors were also unable to physically sight assets (Piling Machine) due to MCO.
Step taken to issue the outstanding QR Jamal Amin & Partners are in contact with Hasnan & Co for the reply of the audit queries and was assure that the audit queries can be resolved soon. Auditor has arranged to sight the assets (Piling Machine) early next week.
