The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of IOIPG which was established on 8 May 2015 for a period of 5 years, has expired on 8 May 2020 pursuant to the By-Laws of the ESOS. In accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS, there shall be no further offers of options over ordinary shares of the Company from 8 May 2020. All outstanding options over ordinary shares of the Company offered pursuant to the ESOS have automatically lapsed upon the expiry of the ESOS. Accordingly, the ESOS Committee established to administer the ESOS has been dissolved on 8 May 2020. This announcement is dated 8 May 2020.
