Reference is made to the proposed utilisation of proceeds raised from the Rights Issue as disclosed in the Abridged Prospectus. The Company had raised total gross proceeds of approximately RM53.97 million from the Rights Issue which was completed on 26 June 2019 (“Rights Issue Proceeds”).
The Board wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 May 2020 resolved to vary the part of the unutilised Rights Issue Proceeds of RM13.0 million for working capital and repayment of bank borrowings for the Group.
