The Board of Directors of Crest Builder Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company propose to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid up share capital at the forthcoming 18th Annual General Meeting.
