We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MBSB by way of market making. The MBSB-C30 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MBSB-C30 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The MBSB-C30 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019. The salient terms of the MBSB-C30 are set out in the attachment.
