The Board of Directors wishes to announce that CNI's Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 are now available on Bursa Malaysia's website and the Company's website at www.cniholdings.com.my.

In consideration of the safety and well-being of the employees and shareholders of the Company, the Board is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation and will determine the appropriate time and solution to convene the Company’s Thirty-First Annual General Meeting (“31st AGM”). The Board will announce the date of the 31st AGM in due course and therefore, the Notice of the 31st AGM will be issued separately from the Annual Report 2019.  

CNI will also apply for an extension of time to hold its 31st AGM with the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016. 

CNI strongly encourages shareholders to download and refer to the digital version of its Annual Report 2019 at the above websites for the time being. Any request for a printed copy of the Annual Report 2019 will be subjected to the Movement Control Order restrictions at the relevant point in time.
