The Board of Directors of Cepatwawasan Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company has applied and been granted by the Companies Commission of Malaysia an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting ("20th AGM"). 

The Board of Directors of the Company will determine the appropriate date to hold the 20th AGM of the Company and make the necessary announcement on the notice of the 20th AGM in due course.
