In light of the coronavirus 2019 (“Covid-19”) outbreak and the Movement Control Order imposed by the Malaysian government to contain the spread of Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, on 16 April 2020, granted an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed corporations on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities to issue their annual audited financial statements which are due by 30 April 2020 and 31 May 2020.

In view of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during current situation, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to inform that the Company will release and submit its audited financial statements for financial year ended 31 December 2019 (“AFS”) by 30 June 2020, pursuant to the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities.

Further, the Board wishes to inform that the Company had been granted an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its 2nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), by the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

The Board will determine and announce the appropriate dates to hold its forthcoming AGM as well as the issuance of the AFS and Notice of the AGM in due course.
