The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company has on 21 May 2020 been granted an extension of time by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to hold its 15th Annual General Meeting ("15th AGM") on or before 28 September 2020 pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.
The Company will announce the date of its 15th AGM together with the notice of the 15th AGM in due course.
